Yes, we ship our products to any country. The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout upon placing your order, however customs and other applicable duties / taxes will have to borne by the customer as per their country regulations.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The standard time frame from UK customers is 3–5 working days.

How do I place an Order?

You can order safely via our website. You may also order by calling our customer care number 0208 150 6144. You can also order our products using our mobile apps. Download them from Android App store and iOS Apple store.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order once it is placed from My Account page. Please note that once your order is shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it is not compulsory to create an account to place an order with us. You can order online using Guest Checkout option. However we encourage our valued customers to create an account so that all orders related activities can be managed easily.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive shipment tracking information as soon as we ship your order. You can also check tracking information of your order from My Account page.
